USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. Up2ournecksinfabric is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
RETURNS
If you want to exchange your item, you are required to ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders or undergarments. If you had us change any wording or asked us to sew an item different then the sale is final.
